Hamilton Funeral Home are caring experienced professionals, who appreciate each family's unique personal needs and requests. Traditions are of utmost importance to us. So when considering a funeral home, select one who will care for you and your loved ones with compassion and understanding in a time of crisis.
We are often asked “What does a funeral director do?”
We see ourselves as detail arrangers, both large and small; in assisting a family with planning a funeral or memorial service so they can spend time meeting their own private family needs.
Our phones are answered at all times to be available for your family whenever needed. We remove the deceased from the place of death, prepare the body for viewing or the cremation as selected, coordinate with the church, clergy, musicians, cemetery personnel etc.. prepare all legal documents including death certificates and Social Security notification, staff the visitation and funeral and prepare all printed materials such memorial folders and register books for the service. Since no two services are alike, we make every effort to coordinate the details so the memorial of your loved one is a reflective comforting service for your family members.
