Colletta Catherine Stacken

Colletta Stacken, age 96, of Minneota and formerly of Wabasso, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015, at the Minneota Manor Care Center. Memorial services are Friday, March 6, 2015, 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall. Interment will follow in Saint Anne’s Catholic Cemetery in Wabasso. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from Noon – 1:00 PM, on Friday at the Hamilton Funeral Home.

Colletta Catherine Brew was born March 2, 1918 in Templeton, Iowa. She passed away on Sunday, March 1, 201, one day before her 97th birthday. Blessed be her memory.

Colletta is survived by her children, Rosemary Wintheiser of Fairmont, Mary (and Thomas) Guetter of Prior Lake, Bill (and Terry) Stacken of Marshall; daughter-in-law, Beverly Stacken; five grandchildren, Theresa (Roger) Ayers, Jim (Amy) Wintheiser, Steven (Kjersti) Guetter, Katherine (Michael) Steinert, Brandon Stacken; seven great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Colletta is preceded in death by her parents, George and Francis (Wendl) Breu; husband, Linus Stacken; son, Larry Stacken; and son-in-law, Dennis Wintheiser.
