He is survived by his siblings, James "Jim" Rodely of Beloit, WI, Jaqueline "Jackie" Larson of Wisconsin Dells, WI, Charles Nelson of Lynd, MN, Christa Foli from Anchorage, AK; uncles, Charles Blackman of WI, Timothy Blackman of MN; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Coleman Rodely; mother, Ellen Rosalie Blackman; and maternal grandparents, Dorthy Mabel Blackman and Everett Washington Blackman.
